- We discuss your past history and goals for physical performance, pain relief and shaping/postural improvement.

As we engage in this series of releases, we will progressively open up the body to greater mobility and circulation. The process is client driven in every sense.
- Through education, awareness, and therapeutic touch, you can release painful, stressful patterns of compensatory tension. Effortful habits are replaced with a body felt sense of being comfortable in the body , ease of movement and posture, and whole-body coherence.

- My students describe feeling altered - taller, lighter and more fluid in their bodies immediately. It’s a safe space, in which they feel well cared for and seen as an individual. They become passionate too about understanding what causes their pain and restricts their bodies. We start with a soothing foot bath or steamed towels to un-clench some built up tension then a Block Therapy fascial release sequence follows for your feet, ankles and calves. Next, a calming, healing reflexology treatment smooths out the edges. Isometrics are woven in to strengthen and hold the changes.
Perfect gift to yourself or someone you love. I am also certified in Cranio Sacral Reflexology specifically for the brain protocols -hmmm calm healthy brain!
Our feet and calves contribute massively to our overall alignment and that pattern of alignment is reinforced (good or bad) with each step we take. Feet take it all on - our body weight, gravity, shoes ,boots. This session can give them a huge break in that habitual pattern and a restorative deep breath, relieving stuck pain and frozen mobility. As always with Block Therapy once we release some freedom and circulation we reinforce that good alignment with strength-building isometrics to keep the gain.

Ionizing beeswax candles gently burn adding a light touch of aromatherapy and give a restful spa-like feel. There is a private restroom, outdoor infrared 5-person sauna (means very spacious for you), and all the equipment to tailor each adjustment to your body.
